Delilah Honey

Case study brief: “Delilah Honey” is an e-commerce app and website that sells honey. Its ideal customer is a woman in their mid 40's, married with no children, who has a doctoral degree and owns a small business, lives in Paris and is not very tech literate.

BRANDING + UI/UX DESIGN

To best answer the brief, the design looks stylish and classic, enhancing the traditionally artisanal qualities of making honey. The layout is textured to emphasize the delicate aspect of the evolved nectar, with some honeycomb shaped details to keep the brand identity consistent.

The choice of greens, golds, and browns create the image of a high-end product that is expertly made, similar to a perfume or a cognac. At the same time, these colors keep an inseparable link to nature, the original provider of the product.

The app and web versions provide the e-commerce task flow by having a home marketing page, a product features page and reviews, as well as a checkout and confirmation. There is also an added product recommendation quiz to create a more personalized experience for the customer.

Updated mobile nav slide-in menu for accessibility purposes

UPDATE: The color of the overlay menu was changed to achieve better contrast and accessibility.
